Eligible Returns

  1. We offer refund before shipment for any reason.
  2. We offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement pair if the shoes have been determind to have obvious damage not caught by our QC inspection(Restriction Apply) within 7 days of delivery date.
  3. We offer a full refund or replacement if the package is lost, or if the shoes are seized by customs when custom insurance is purchased.
  4. We offer a refund or replacement if the shoes are damaged during shipping with clear evidence within the 3 days of the delivery date.
  5. We offer a full refund or replacement if the wrong shoes or size are sent.
  6. We offer a partial or full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed stolen after investigation by the delivery company.

We aim to deliver unparalleled quality in our products. Your satisfaction and repeat business are our top priorities. In case of any flaws or QC errors, we provide a complimentary replacement or refund.

Be aware that our sneakers and clothes match at least 95% to their retail counterparts. This level of accuracy is due to the handcrafted parts in our items, which might vary slightly. Rest assured, we ensure a minimum of 95% precision in our products and promise a replacement if this standard is not met.

No Refunds or Exchanges Accepted

  1. No refunds or returns will be accepted for shoes after 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. No refunds will be granted for orders in transit, lost packages with confirmed delivery, or wrong-ordered sizes on your own.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipping addresses or lost packages after confirmed delivery to the provided address.
  4. No refunds or returns will be processed for reasons unrelated to product quality after order fulfillment.
  5. Delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping timeframe do not warrant refunds.
  6. Customers are responsible for extra shipping costs due to failed deliveries from incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.

    • You can cancel your order before it is shipped, even after receiving your QC (Quality Check).
    • Before shipping, you can contact our support to change your address, select different products, or change sizes.
    • Ensure that you select the appropriate product size by referring to the SIZE GUIDE on our product page. If you’re uncertain, feel free to request an insole measurement by leaving a note with your order during checkout.
    • It’s crucial to provide a precise and correct shipping address during checkout, as we are unable to alter the address once your order has shipped. Please note, if a delivery failure occurs due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the associated loss.
    • We’ll cover eligible return shipping, so choose a budget-friendly agent. We can cover USD30-40/pair based on standard rates.
